I focus my practice on representing buyers, sellers and investors in complex commercial real estrate transactions, including those involving retail centers, office buildings, and other commercial property. I have also provided services in connection with the development of a major Houston hospital. I represent landlords and tenants in commercial leases.
Residential Real Estate Transactions
I have found that routine residential transactions do not usually require a lawyer's assistance. However, if the purchase price is above $500,000, or there are lending complications, seller financing, title problems or other unique issues, a lawyer is required to assist in providing a solution to these issues.
Trial and Appellate Experience
I have tried hundreds of cases at trial and briefed dozens of appeals in Texas and Federal Courts, including cases involving foreclosure, commercial real estate litigation and adverse possession.
